1. General Provisions

1.1 Parties. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you, the individual player ("Player", "you", "your"), and apkba ("apkba", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services available at apkba.org.

1.2 Acceptance. Your use of apkba — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is also implied by ticking the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox during the registration process.

1.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on apkba.org, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and apkba. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

1.4 Language. The authoritative version of these Terms is the English-language version published at apkba.org/terms-conditions. Any translation provided for convenience carries no legal weight in the event of a dispute.

1.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. The minimum age for registration on apkba is twenty-one (21) years. apkba strictly enforces this requirement. Players who cannot provide valid CNIC documentation confirming they are 21 or older will not be permitted to complete registration, make deposits, or access any real-money features of the platform.

2.2 Jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing apkba, and that you are not accessing the platform from a restricted territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of apkba is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on apkba. CNIC verification is used to enforce this requirement. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all balances in excess of net deposits may be forfeited.

2.4 One Account Per Household / Device. apkba reserves the right to restrict one account per household address or per shared device where it has reasonable grounds to believe multiple accounts are being operated to circumvent the single-account rule or exploit bonus terms.

2.5 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must keep that information updated at all times. apkba reserves the right to request re-verification of your details at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts.

2.6 KYC (Know Your Customer). Before processing any withdrawal, apkba will complete a Know Your Customer review. You will be required to submit: (a) a clear copy of your valid CNIC; (b) proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit; and (c) such additional documentation as apkba's compliance team reasonably requests. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apkba username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. apkba will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.

3.2 Suspected Compromise. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify apkba's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. apkba will temporarily freeze the account pending investigation upon receiving such notification.

3.3 Account Statements. You may access a full history of your transactions, bets placed, and bonuses claimed from within your account dashboard at any time. You are responsible for reviewing your account history regularly and reporting any discrepancies promptly.

3.4 Account Currency. All apkba accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made through international payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, USDT) will be converted to PKR at the prevailing rate applied by apkba at the time of processing. apkba will clearly display the applicable conversion rate before you confirm the transaction.

3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. apkba reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after notification. Where a balance is reduced to zero as a result of the administrative fee, the account may be closed. Reactivation is available upon contacting support.

3.6 Account Closure. You may request permanent closure of your apkba account at any time by contacting support. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be processed to your verified payment method subject to these Terms. Accounts subject to an active investigation or outstanding bonus wagering requirement may not be immediately closed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. apkba currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. apkba may add or remove payment methods from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum deposit amounts for specific payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically confirmed within ninety (90) seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Visa and Mastercard deposits are typically instant. USDT deposits require the standard number of blockchain confirmations for the applicable network.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. apkba reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative method where the original deposit channel is unavailable or where fraud prevention measures so require.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. For KYC-verified accounts, standard withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — one (1) to three (3) business days; Visa and Mastercard — three (3) to five (5) business days; USDT — within four (4) hours subject to network congestion.

4.6 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or weekly limits will be displayed within your account dashboard. Higher limits are available for Platinum and Diamond Loyalty tier members. apkba reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments at its discretion.

4.7 Source of Funds. apkba operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. For withdrawals above prescribed thresholds, apkba may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the withdrawal being withheld pending further review.

4.8 No Cash-Outs on Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and free-spin winnings are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings attributable to it.

4.9 Transaction Fees. apkba does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which apkba accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by apkba are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement which must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus balances expire at the end of the validity period.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets each carry specific contribution percentages as set out in the applicable promotion terms. Games with a return-to-player (RTP) above a stated threshold may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. apkba reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer; placing low-risk hedging bets designed to exploit wagering requirements; or coordinating with other Players to systematically exploit promotional terms.

5.5 Welcome Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available to new registered Players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an account on apkba — including accounts that were closed and re-registered — are not eligible for welcome bonuses.

5.6 Loyalty Program. apkba operates a four-tier Loyalty Program (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond). Loyalty Points are earned on qualifying real-money wagers across casino, sports, and slot games. Points accumulation rates, tier thresholds, and redemption terms are published on the Loyalty Program page and form part of these Terms.

5.7 Promotion Amendments. apkba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated early, Players who have already accepted the bonus will be given a reasonable period to complete outstanding wagering requirements unless the termination is the result of suspected abuse.

6. Games & Wagering Rules

6.1 Fair Play. All casino games available on apkba — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win titles — are sourced from licensed, internationally accredited game studios. Random number generation for all non-live games is independently tested and certified by approved third-party audit bodies. Results are determined by certified RNG software and cannot be influenced by apkba or by any Player.

6.2 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, apkba's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from the recorded state. apkba is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by the Player's own internet or device failure.

6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or software error affecting a game result, apkba reserves the right to void the affected round and refund any wagers placed during the malfunctioning period. apkba's decision in such matters is final. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. Bets placed outside published limits may be voided. Higher bet limits for live casino tables are available to Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Loyalty tier members.

6.5 Progressive Jackpots. Where progressive jackpot games are available, jackpot amounts are displayed in real time. apkba is not the guarantor of jackpot amounts — jackpot pools are maintained by the respective game studios. In the event of a jackpot dispute, the game studio's records are authoritative.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Accepted Bets. apkba accepts pre-match and in-play wagers on cricket (including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is), football, tennis, UFC, and other markets as made available. Market availability varies by event and is subject to change without notice.

7.2 Odds. All odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Pakistani Rupee bet amounts and potential returns are displayed before confirmation of any wager. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds at confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled wager.

7.3 Bet Confirmation. A bet is accepted only when a confirmation reference number is generated and displayed in your bet slip history. In the absence of a confirmation reference, the bet has not been accepted regardless of any amount deducted from the account balance pending confirmation.

7.4 Void Bets. A bet will be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the event does not commence within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled start time; or apkba determines that the published odds contained a manifest error.

7.5 In-Play Betting. In-play markets are subject to delay and suspension during live events. apkba accepts no liability for bets placed on markets that were suspended or closed at the time of placement as a result of a data or connectivity delay on the Player's end. Server-side timestamps are authoritative for in-play bet timing.

7.6 PSL and Pakistan Cricket. apkba offers enhanced markets and boosted odds during PSL seasons and Pakistan national team fixtures. Specific terms and maximum payout limits for enhanced markets will be stated in the promotion description. Enhanced odds are subject to withdrawal at apkba's discretion if market conditions change materially.

7.7 Maximum Payout. Maximum single-event payout limits apply across all sports markets. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface. apkba reserves the right to reduce maximum payouts for specific markets or events at any time prior to bet confirmation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on apkba. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification, including submission of forged CNIC documents.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or scrape odds data from apkba.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games, poker, or any multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing errors — including but not limited to "sure bet" exploitation of manifest odds errors.
• Using apkba for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Charging back deposits via your card issuer or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from those funds.
• Accessing apkba from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without lawful authority to do so.
• Attempting to access apkba systems beyond the scope of a normal Player account, including any attempt to penetrate apkba's security infrastructure.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension. apkba reserves the right to suspend a Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) KYC documentation has not been provided within the requested timeframe; (c) a chargeback has been initiated by the Player's payment provider; or (d) the account is subject to an AML or fraud investigation.

9.2 Termination for Breach. Where apkba determines that a Player has materially breached these Terms — including by engaging in prohibited conduct as set out in Section 8 — apkba may terminate the account and forfeit the entire account balance, including any withdrawable balance, without obligation to make payment. apkba will provide the Player with written notice of the termination and the grounds for forfeiture.

9.3 Voluntary Closure. A Player may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any legitimate withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within the standard processing time, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

9.4 Termination by apkba Without Cause. apkba reserves the right to terminate any Player account with fourteen (14) days' written notice without assigning a specific reason, provided that any legitimate withdrawable balance is returned to the Player. This right will not be exercised arbitrarily and will typically be exercised only where continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or commercial risk to apkba.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 Age Verification. apkba enforces a minimum age of 21 years verified by CNIC. No individual under the age of 21 may hold an account, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money game on apkba.

10.2 Player-Controlled Limits. Registered Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, wagering limits, and loss limits from within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased within the set period — only reduced or maintained.

10.3 Reality Checks. Players may configure session time notifications that display time elapsed during an active session. These notifications are designed to support informed decision-making about continued play.

10.4 Cooling-Off and Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, or may request indefinite self-exclusion, through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect within one (1) hour of the request being processed and cannot be reversed before the expiry of the selected period.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 Data Processing. apkba collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at apkba.org/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.

11.2 KYC Data. Personal data and identity documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed solely for the purposes of identity verification, age confirmation, fraud prevention, and AML compliance. KYC data is retained for the minimum period required by applicable regulatory obligations and is not shared with third parties except where required by law or by our licensed KYC service provider.

11.3 Marketing Communications. With your consent, apkba may send promotional communications regarding bonuses, new games, and PSL-season offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via your account notification settings or by contacting support.

11.4 Cookies. apkba uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for session management, fraud prevention, and platform analytics. By using apkba.org, you consent to the use of cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Availability. apkba endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. apkba will not be liable for losses — including missed betting opportunities or expired bonuses — arising from periods of planned or unplanned downtime.

12.2 Third-Party Services. apkba relies on third-party game studios, payment processors, and data providers. apkba is not liable for losses caused by the failure, delay, or error of a third-party service where apkba has taken reasonable steps to select reputable providers and to monitor service performance.

12.3 No Guarantee of Winnings. All gambling involves risk. apkba does not guarantee that any Player will win or that any particular strategy or system will produce a positive return. Past winning patterns are not indicative of future results. The house edge applies to all casino games as published in the respective game's RTP documentation.

12.4 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apkba's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.5 Force Majeure. apkba shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, civil unrest, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, or natural disasters.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 Ownership. All content on apkba.org — including but not limited to logos, brand names, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and database compilations — is the intellectual property of apkba or of its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

13.2 Restricted Use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content from apkba.org without the express prior written consent of apkba. Permitted personal use — such as printing a copy of these Terms for your own reference — is not restricted.

13.3 Game Content. Casino game content is licensed to apkba by the respective game studios. All intellectual property rights in individual games remain with the game studios. The apkba platform provides a delivery interface only and does not assert ownership over game content.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 Right to Amend. apkba reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material — such as changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus wagering rules, or account termination rights — apkba will provide registered Players with at least seven (7) days' advance notice by email or platform notification.

14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of apkba following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.3.

14.3 Version Archive. The previous version of these Terms will remain accessible via the apkba support team upon request for a period of ninety (90) days following the publication of any amendment.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under apkba's international gaming licence. The application of any specific national legal framework is determined by the licensing jurisdiction and the nature of the dispute.

15.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and apkba, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting apkba's support team at [email protected] with a clear written description of the complaint. apkba will respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.

15.3 Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Player may escalate the complaint through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by apkba's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation channel are available from apkba's support team.

15.4 Limitation Period. Any claim by a Player against apkba must be submitted within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
